Medication Managers offers to provide the best pharmaceutical care by reducing medication use and eliminating unneeded medications while ensuring life and quality saving therapies are on board.

Rick Hytree

Rick Hytree, a 1995 graduate of the University of Cincinnati, has been practicing in long term care as a consultant pharmacist for over 15 years.  Rick is an avid golfer and provides strong clinical leadership for his facilities. He is licensed in Indiana and Ohio and has practiced in both states his entire career.

 

 

Norb C. Kinross

Dr. Kinross graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Pharmacy in 1999 with his BS in Pharmacy and then in 2001 with his Doctor of Pharmacy Degree.

He completed a one-year fellowship with Eli Lilly & Co. in 2002 where he worked in Global Regulatory Affairs and was an instructor for a class at the Butler University College of Pharmacy.

Currently Dr. Kinross works as a Clinical Pharmacist for Medication Managers serving various nursing home facilities and long term care pharmacies as a consultant, participates on the formulary development and review team, and is in charge of all student advanced clinical rotations.  As a Faculty member of the College of Pharmacy he is main preceptor for the Doctor of Pharmacy Students that participate in an Advanced Clinical Rotation with Medication Managers, precepts in Skills Lab at the College of Pharmacy, co-instructor for Geriatrics class elective, and occasionally lectures for other classes for the current Doctor of Pharmacy students and has lectured to UC College of Medicine students.  Dr. Kinross serves on the Board of Directors for Pharmacy OTR, the first non-profit pharmacy in the country, previously served on the Ohio Pharmacist Association Bd of Trustees, was one of the Co-hosts of “Managing your Medications” a weekly radio program on 55 WKRC that ran for several years, and currently is co-president of University of Cincinnati, James L. Winkle College of Pharmacy Alumni Council.
